Different types of meetings require different rooms. At Hotel Christiansminde we have rooms of all sizes up to 250 participants and for any purpose; training, board meetings, general meetings, customer events, employee seminars, focus groups, party and if you need really high ceilings, we can always take the outdoor facilities in use.

Tell us, what kind of meeting you want, and we will find the right room for you. Also remember to inform, the extent to which you need group rooms.

For all meetings, it is possible to order the following technical equipment at no extra cost:

PC with cable internet connection
Projectors
Presenter with Laser Pointer
Whiteboard and flipchart

In addition, wireless network available in all rooms and in the meeting rooms – and you always have access to copy / print facilities close to the meeting room.

Do you need microphones or camera / audio recording, we also have rooms where this is possible.

Other requests (eg. Induction loop, multiple projectors mm.) Meets in cooperation with AV Centre in Odense.

RESTAURANT Restaurant

Basically, all meals are served in our restaurant where you eat with other visitors.

Do you need to eat lunch or dinner in your very own room, please let us know ahead of time so we can reserve a room for you. The price of dining in a separate room depends on the number of participants and other requirements for the room to size, music, dance floor, stage, and the need for microphones and so on.

After dinner there is the opportunity for socializing in our bar or in a separate room – both with manned or self-service bar according to your desire.

The breakfast buffet with the host of local specialties is also served in the restaurant unless otherwise agreed.

Even our small rooms are large and our large rooms are really big. They are all fitted with a fridge and a balcony or terrace.

The minibar offers a little chocolate chips, soft drinks and wine, which you pay for at the reception upon departure.

Would you like to spoil your participants or overnight lecturer, you have various opportunities to put a greeting in the room; delicious fruit bowl of chocolates, 1 bottle of bubbles, fresh flowers, beauty skin care products from the local manufacturer, Raunsborg or something else that you bring.

RECEPTION Reception

At accommodation you will check in at the hotel reception. All overnight guests receive an information leaflet about the hotel as well as WI-FI code along with the room key. We guarantee that all the rooms are ready at 15 and you must check the room description. 09 on the day of departure. Should it rain one day, there is also the opportunity for exercise indoors. Our fitness facilities are available around the clock. Here you will find rower, drawing tower, step machine, treadmill and exercise- and spinning bike.

TRANSPORTParkering

Are you coming by car, we have 120 free parking spaces spread over several parking areas around the hotel – some of them even right outside the room.

Moreover, we have 3 charging stations for electric cars. Two Tesla and one for other brands (Kia excluded) and they are free to use when you are our guest.

Alternatively, we always offer a free bus from Odense and Nyborg and return if there is min 25 participants to your meeting.
